These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of donielberry.com (the “Site”) and any products, memberships, courses, or services offered through the Site or Doniel Berry’s brand. By visiting the site, making a purchase, or joining a membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of This Site

This site is intended for individuals 13 years or older. You agree to use the Site and all offerings legally and respectfully, and to not misuse, duplicate, or reverse engineer any part of the content, code, or experience.

2. Digital Products

Sheet Music, Arrangements, and Recordings

Purchases of downloadable music, arrangements, or digital recordings are for personal use only unless otherwise stated. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly perform these works without written permission.

Once a digital item is delivered, it is non-refundable.

3. Memberships (e.g., Rov Zimra, the BTS Club, etc)

Access & Payments

By joining a membership, you agree to recurring monthly charges until you cancel. You can cancel anytime through your account or by contacting us. There are no partial refunds for unused time.

Founding Member pricing will remain locked in as long as your membership remains active and uninterrupted.

Content Access

Membership content is for individual use only. You may not share login access or redistribute content outside of the membership community.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove any member who engages in abusive, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior within the community.

4. Courses, Tutorials, and Educational Content

Tutorials or courses may be offered as one-time purchases or as part of a membership. These materials are intended to support your personal creative development. All content is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced or distributed.

Results are not guaranteed — your growth depends on your own engagement and experience level.

5. Live Events & Bookings

Booking Doniel

If you are booking Doniel Berry for a live event, performance, or private session, a written agreement or contract will be shared outlining the scope, rate, and cancellation terms.

All bookings are subject to availability and require confirmation in writing.

Event Registrations

If you register for an event through the Site or another platform (e.g., Bandsintown), any cancellation or refund policies will be clearly stated at the time of registration.

6. Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed through trusted third-party services such as Stripe, Paypal, and Systeme.io.

We do not store your payment details.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including music, videos, text, graphics, and downloads — is the intellectual property of Doniel Berry unless otherwise credited.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any material without explicit permission.

8. Disclaimers

While we aim to provide high-quality content and a smooth experience, all services and products are provided “as is.” We make no guarantees about your personal results, satisfaction, or specific outcomes.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any part of the Site or offerings at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada and Clark County, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
